The arbitration shall take place in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and shall be conducted by a single arbitrator. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. Each party shall bear its own costs and attorneys' fees unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable laws of the United States and the State of New Mexico, without regard to conflict of law principles.
